What is venture capital funds | how venture capital work and earn money | venture capital business model

Today I tell your about ventures capital.. (VC) and tell you how vc works.

Let's start

Guy if your readed my angel investor and startup article so you can easily know about ventures capital

Venture capital is a big fund house guys there is many investors puts there money and they creat one fund house and they always looking for new startup and new business and put that money on that startup and if startup running is good and rising so they make profits in their share...

Example
100 investors put their 10 crore and creat a fund house like venture capital funds.

So they 100×10= 1000 crore

So venture funds study in new business and startup and put some money one that business they give funding for startup and they earn some of company share..

Example
If if 10 crore any startup value so they give 3 to 4 crore to that startup and take 30 to 40% share holding in that company..
After some time they company business high so they sell their share and make money on his investment..

All venture capital always are looking new and good business ideas and they put here money and rising the company and they give many startup funding in different different startup.. And if some of company create a high value so they make lots of money on that guys..

So this is simple business model of venture capital funds..
