If you in dellhi and you search trivago to hotels in dellhi so trivago gives you some compare results and you can choose your budget hotel.

Now you choose your hotel to booking 5000 rupees..
So u can click that hotel so trivago indirect convert you in that hotels link.and if you Go that and booking so that's hotel generate link and they know you are come with trivago website and they give some 2 to 10% commission on trivago..

That's simple business model trivago runs and make money..
